Can I purchase artwork through your website?
Yes. If you are interested in purchasing a painting please complete our order form and we will get back to you to discuss the details of the sale.

Are the artworks displayed on your website original?
Yes! All the pieces displayed on www.frankgracegallery.com are original artworks that come direct from the artist. We currently don't do prints or reproductions of any kind.

Is the price of the artwork shown negotiable?
In certain cases we are happy to negotiate on the price of the artwork and would be open to reasonable offers. We value client loyalty and usually reserve our best prices/concessions for our regular patrons, or for those clients buying more than one piece.
Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding the pricing of the artwork.

What payment types do you accept?
We accept payment for all artworks and publications on our website by the following methods: PayPal, Credit Card, Money Transfers, Cheque. Paintings will be shipped as soon as payment is received. Payment should be made out to the Artist, Ross Eccles.

Can I pay for an artwork in installments?
Yes, we can reserve a painting for you on receipt of a 20% deposit. You can then pay the balance on your painting over six months. The full payment must be received by the end of the sixth month, otherwise the 20% deposit is forfeit.

Do you rent artworks?
Yes, we are happy to rent paintings to corporations and businesses for an agreed term and rental price. The paintings make great feature pieces in offices, restaurants, hotels, television and movie sets etc. Please contact us to enquire about painting rental and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

I want a specific artwork. Can you organise a commission?
Yes, we can arrange commissions directly with our artists on behalf of our clients. Please contact us if you have a particular commission in mind that you would like us to put to an Artist.

What happens if I'm unhappy with the piece I have bought?
As clients of the Frank Grace Gallery, we value your satisfaction and loyalty, and we will always do our very best to ensure that your needs are fully met. We want to ensure that you get the artwork that best suits your needs at a price that fits in with your budget. If you are not entirely satisfied with the artwork you purchase, or the commission you have ordered, you can return the artwork to us, in its original condition, within 90 days, for a full refund. The client will be responsible for the cost of all shipping.

Will my painting be framed?
We generally ship artworks unframed, as delicate frames and glass can become damaged during shipping. We do however ship pen & watercolour paintings, as well as delicate acrylic works, double mounted and ready for framing. If you are in Ireland or the UK, and you want your painting framed, then we can organise something for you. The cost of the framing will be added onto the cost of the artwork.

How will my painting be shipped?
We can arrange shipping of artworks worldwide with FedEx. The cost of shipping varies depending on the size and volume of the artwork(s) and we can provide you with a quote for the cost of shipping at your request. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed with Frank Grace Gallery. Some clients may prefer to arrange their own shipping, in which case we will ensure your purchase is securely wrapped and ready for collection once full payment for the work has been received.
On occasion we may be able to provide free delivery within certain areas of Ireland, the UK and Southern California. Please check with us to see if you can avail of this service.
